gui message shutdown in x minutes

Hi,

My colleagues in North America complain about SAP GUI warning messages telling them SAP will be shutdown in x minutes (probably 2). Our version is Netweaver 7.01 (SP5).

Our kernel level is 701 L84 (dbsl 79).

A while ago, I recall reading something about a kernel error, but I can't find the article anymore. Does anyone recognise this kind of error message?

Update: we do have these message in our system log (although I don't know if this is related to my main question):

Program SAPLSGUI manually terminated by user XXXX

Update to the newest SAPGUI:

SAPGUI Version 7.10 Patch 18

Hi,

Your reply reminded me that I didn't post the solution for my problem.

The cause was within the fact that we made a transition to a new Powerfuse environment. Apparently, there were some misconfigurations which they have corrected in the meanwhile.
