How to setup risk owners in RAR.

Hi,

I'm trying to enable alert notifications for critical actions. As per the config guide, I see that risk owners need to setup to enable notifications, but I'm unable to find onwer id in the risk change screen. How/where to setup these owners.?

These are the steps I followed...In RAR goto Rule Architect -> Risks -> Search for risk -> click change -> goto Risk owners tab -> click add buttion "+" sign to add owner ID, but nothing shows in possible entries. So where to add these ID's first.

Please note that we are using GRC 5.3 SP11.

Hello Laks,

Please go to mitigation -> Administrators -> Create. Here create a new administrator and assign him the role of Risk Owner and SAVE. Once you do that, the newly created risk owner will start appearing in the Risk Owner tab of the risk.
