distibution model for SAP-PI-file scenario

Hi

I am having a SAP - > PI .> File scenario

now when i am creating a distribution model in SAP ..should i create between SAP and 3rdparty system

or between SAP and PI system...

Also for partner profile in SAP should create a entry for PI as partner or 3rdparty system as partner

No need but the you have create partner profile with inbound parameters.. for the first case you have create the partner profile with outbound parameter
