hi,
i created new vendor root org structure and when trying to replicate VMR for the first time getting the following message
"No org. units maintained as purch. organizations. Inform syst. admin.
Message no. BBP_BUPA247"
what is the revelant of this message and how to resolve.

one of our SRM colleagues faced this issue recently
The error was caused by the RFC definition ( same RFC ID used for more than one back ends).
so kindly check with BASIS team sm59 user is perect.

Hello Siva,
No Organizational Unit is defined as purchasing organization in your organization plan ( PPOMA_BBP transaction).
You have to assign the Purch. Org. value of the vendor you want to replicate in the "Function" tab of one of your Org. Unit.
This Unit will be your Purchasing Organization and its lower unit(s) will be corresponding Purchasing Group(s).
