CALIBRATION INSPECTIONS

Give to me guidelines in calibration inspection what i am done in calibration cycle below steps

IE01 - I created equipments

qs21 - I created calibration specifications in different equipments

IA01 - I created equipment task list

Ip41 - I created Maintenance plan in that plan maintenance plan cycle i put 6 months and Mainpl scheduling parameters call horizon 100% scheduling period is 2 years

after that i done IP10 schedule maintenance plan and save my query if i put call horizon 100% system should create inspection lot same date like 01.01.2010 start date again system should create inspection after 6 months 30.07.2010 but now system show inspection lots 30.07.2010 kindly suggest me if any configure is need

Simplest way is

1.Either shift date to prior six month so that lot will be created 01.01.2010.

or

Initially trigger manually through IP10

Dear Santhosh

Start date means the date from which scheduling will start, always input your last calibrated date in this field so that you can get the correct calibration dates in the future.

The system is showing correct dates in your case
