Dear Gurus,

In free goods determination,for inclusive bonus qty. the unit of measure and material should be same; for exclusive bonus qty., the material can be different.Is this mandatory for exclusive bonus qty that the material can be different or else it can be the same material.How can we configure in SAP? Pl reply. Thanks.

Hi there,

I believe no config required for this. You can give same material as an exclusive free goods. When maintaining the condition records for NA00, system will ask if you want to maintain inclusive or exclusive. Select exclusive, & then maintain your condition records.

Hi,

In the condition records ( transaction code NRAB), there is an option in the Menu where you can choose the INCLUSIVE & EXCLUSIVE

In the condition records, there are two fields in which you can give the quantity as per you requirement

MINIMUM QUANTITY

FROM

ARE FREE GOODS

Minimum quantity is the quanity of the Main Item

From

Are free goods is the quantity of the sub items

for example, if you want to give the 2 items as free goods for 10 Main items you can enter

MINIMUM QUANTITY as 10

From 10

Are free goods as 2

Then it will determine 8+2 ( for inclusive

10+2 ( for exclusive)

Dear Sundar,

Free goods setting can be done via spro - sales & distribution - basic functions - free goods. Here you have to do some free good determination. Normally condition record for std SAP is NA00. Then you may maintain condition for free goods via VK11. Believe this might help you. TQ

Hi

You can maintain through the condition record only if you wnat to give the free goods other product.

Go to T.Code VBN1

Enter the sales org, distibution channel, Customer and valid from and to and select the exclusive buttion then it will come to inclusive mode

Now you can see the condition record screen from last 3 rd button additional material for free goods filed here you can maintain the other product.
