Unable to do mass user changes in SU10.

Hi,

I am facing the below problem while working with transaction code SU10:

Once the changes are done in SU10 everything (overall status) is in green but end date, user group and user type changes are not reflecting in SU01.

Only mass user lock and unlock are working. I am facing this issue in BI and XI systems.

Please help me ti solve this problem.

Did you check the field you are modifiying through trxn SU10.

Santosh,

Why dont you search before you post.

Are you workng with CUA ? When so how are the fields set in transaction SCUM ?

Based on these settings execute SU10 : on the CUA system or on the client system

2. Check Sm21 for logs

3. re-run the authorization check trace, and dont limit it to the transaction SU10...just set up a general authorization check trace...then redo the mass change like 4-5times...then check trace file ( same server you are executing SU10 )
