Hi Gurus,
I have a RFx Response workflow problem:
The approver of the RFx response should be "manager100", but now it is "automatic approval - not started",
and, there's a workitem appears in manager100's inbox, try to approval via the workitem but failed with error message:
"use case not known".
My question is, what's root cause of the problem, how can I change the approver from "automatic approval" to "manger100" manually?

Here is general step for checking workflow issue.
1. Go to BBP_PD transaction and find the document
2. Check the document status (Stats: section)
3. Check the workflow status (Workflow Item: section)
4. Check the workflow template name (Task WS40000014)
5. Copy the workitem ID (Workitem-ID 000002007207)
6. Go to SWI1 transaction and paste the Workitem-ID
7. Check the Workflow Log

5. Copy the workitem ID (Workitem-ID 000002007207)
Via SWI1 transaction the agent can be seen as "manger100", but in the TAB "Workflow" of RFx response the approver was shown as 'automatic approvel' (via portal user), they're not same.
Via BBP_PD transaction the following info can be seen:
Workitem-ID 000000858046
Task WS79000002
Text One-Step Approval of Bid 3000003688 , GUID 0019BBC875221DEF9DFE627E41401FB
Status STARTED
Statustext In Process
Date 02.05.2010
Time 11:30:36
