The PO is created at SRM 5.0 upon checking the PO was error in process when we try to push the po at se37 > BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC & BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC_V2 the PO is still in error in process and we encounter the error at the application monitor:

PurchOrder XXXXXXXXXX: Exception condition "FAILURE" raised

Please advice how to correct this, thanks:)

Hi there,

This error is coming from the backend.

1. In general it is not recommended to upport SRM and/or ERP with

open documents.

Maybe run report BBP_EXT_PO_ACC_INDEX to check if SRM and MM PO is in Sync

2. Please kindly apply the following notes to ERP:

1097965 "

1102653

1125924

863828

1165524

Additionally please kindly temporarily deactivate SRM Badi

BBP_ECS_PO_OUT_BADI or at least check if accounting is changed.

If these fail to resolve you irrus, as I said, this is coming from the backend, more likely from BAPI_PO_CHANGE, and involves account irregularities. You could create test data according to note 539978 and debug further.

Hope this helps,

Kind regards,

Matthew
