Change the issue transaction Type

Hello guys,

I have created a Z transaction type by copying the standard SLFI and I want to assign this Z for issues.

Does anybody know how to change the default transaction type for issue?

Hi,

try TA DNO_CUST04 there is a field PROCESS_TYPE. Try to put your transaction there.

Hi,

In DNO_CUST04, field PROCESS_TYPE, you would be changing the type of Service Desk message you create from help -> create support message, not the issue type.

Hi

It is not possible to Copy and use ZSLFI transaction type

have you seen this note from SAP as there are lot of technical limitations,

SAP Note 1019583 - DSWP: Customizing for Issues and Top Issues

if you want to customize the action profile or anything else SAP say use SLFI and customize with other value but dont' create a z transaction type
