How to restart correctly processed XML messages

Folks,

Is there a way to resend already successfully processed message in XI (SXMB_MONI shows checkered flag). The requirement is to re-send PO or Invoice due to the customer demand.

All inputs deeply appreciated.

Hi Sandeep,

Usually we resend from the source sap system only because if you resend the successful message then you have two purchase orders send to customer with the same PO number. But in sap you have only one idoc. The mismatch might get confused and also when the company gets audited there will be a problem.

If you still want to resend then you can send either using michals blog given above or you can take the payload from sxmb_moni and send directly to integration engine from RWB.

It is not possible to resend successsful mesage from SXMB_MONI.

You will have to request your source system to again send the message.

You can perform this even in PRD, but it is not at all recommended ... ideally, such messages should be sent from the source.
