Hi,
I am getting the following inconsistency after generating the SO model :
Sales order T-AS514 1000: Integration model does not contain material master
Message no. XC100
Diagnosis
To ensure a consistent dataset in SAP APO, the material master data for filter object Sales order T-AS514 1000 also has to be known in SAP APO. In the current case no entry was found for the combination in the models that were checked.
System Response
Object Sales order T-AS514 1000 cannot be transferred correctly.
Procedure
Complete the missing material master data in this or other integration models as necessary.
Material is already in APO
Please advice.
Hi,
This error usually occurs when the material is not present in active integration model,
Material might already be there but you have to ensure that it's assigned to the active model, 000.
If the material was created directly in APO, you might have missed this assignment or some one removed it from active model accidentally. You can also determine if the material is present in any one of the Active Integration Models or not by running TA CFM5.
Hope this helps.
regards
Mohan

Hi,
May be you have an enhancement for material outbound to APO. What is CIF'd is is probably not what is seen in APO. Some companies use the concept of Global and Local material with mapping maintained in ECC but whats CIFd is a global material that needs to be planned in APO. Could be that the material for which sales order is created does not have a corresponing global material though even though you see the local material exists in the integration model.
If this is a standard SAP system then this reply does not apply.. you shd see the sales order if IM exist of material, location and sales order.
Another reason could be a sales BOM scenario where components (delivery relevant) are not in APO whereas the header item is planning relevant (APOKZ-MARC).
I am just guessing.. pls. share the actual reaon discovered.

Loknath

Hi,
Please check table MARC and field APOKZ for this material and plant. If it is not set then system will think that it is not active in any Active integration model.
You can use report RAPOKZFX to set APO indicator in material master. I hope this will resolve the issue.
Thanks,
Abhilasha

Hi Mohan,
Please check the following
1) Is there more than one integration model active for either
location products or sales orders (use cfm5 transaction)
2) Check all views (including sales views) are maintained
for the location products at the R/3 level. If any changes
done, retry the cif run
3) Check proper sequence of transfer is following while
creation of integration model
4) Try /sapapo/ccr for those error items and check are
you getting any errors (for location products sales orders)

1) Is there more than one integration model active for either

--There is only 1 integration model active for location product combination for Master Data as well as Sales Order
2) Check all views (including sales views) are maintained
for the location products at the R/3 level. If any changes
done, retry the cif run
--Any specfic settings to be viewed..I think all views are maintained.
3) Check proper sequence of transfer is following while
creation of integration model
--Material Master is already in APO and Sales Order Models have been generated and activated after Material Master.
4) Try /sapapo/ccr for those error items and check are
you getting any errors (for location products sales orders)
CCR report says no discrepancy indentified...
