Solved: WEBGUI opens not at PI 7.11

Hi there,

i have a fresh installed PI 7.11

I customized it and all works fine... but the WebGui do not opens...?!

When i go ti SICF - sap - bc - gui- sap - it - Webgui

and TEST the Service the IE opens with the URL in the Adressline

A logon Windows appears.. i put in my logon data... and then a white blank IE Page appears.. no webgui is loading...

do someone has an idea?

Try this:

1. Login to the client 001 of the system (make sure you have the right profile for this). SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW would be the easiest way.

2. Go to transaction code SICF. Check whether the Hierarchy Type is SERVICE and then click execute (F8)

(a) Activate service on tree /sap/bc/gui/sap/its by right clicking on its

(b) Activate service on tree /sap/public/bc/its by right clicking on its

4. Also activate service on tree /sap/public/bc by right-clicking on bc

and activate service on tree/sap/public/bc/ur by right-clicking on ur

5. Go to transaction code SE80 (Object Navigator). Choose Internet Service and select the following types:

6. Type SYSTEM and press (Enter)

u2022 Right Click on SYSTEM (Object Name)

u2022 Publish

u2022 Complete service

7. Type WEBGUI and press (Enter)

u2022 Right Click on WEBGUI (Object Name)

u2022 Publish

u2022 Complete service

8. Check whether the its is enabled or not through testing in the following node

9. Navigate to /sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui (via transaction SICF). Make sure that this service also is activated

10. Right Click webgui and select Test Service option

11. If ITS is enabled then it should allow you to login via browser
