Billing documents not reflected in Sales Information system

Hi

SIS system is configured and it is working properly but some of the return billing documents are not reflected in the SIS. Even by using transaction code OLI9 (Setup of Info Structure from old documents: Billing Docs) but the document is still not updated. Though no error generated after running transaction code OLI9.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Thanks for your reply. I have already executed this transaction and in the log it does not display my infostructure and does not through any error message. The issue is that few documents are not updated in the info structure and lot of other documents are posted into the same info structure. Also those documents that are not posted to this info structure has the correct update groups.

Hi Javed,

Check the value of field VBRK-STAFO for this invoice. If it is empty then it doesn't populate the info structure.

Please tick on the option of update documents and once the run is completed . Please check in the T -code MCVV for cross check.

Hi,

Run tcode MCVV and it will give you info, logs and so on.
