Could not create DOM from control.xml

Dear All,

when we are trying to Install Dialog instance on Windows2000 with service pack 4 and installed JRE 1.5

source system on Solaris 10

we get the fowling error.

SAPinst is getting started.

Please be patient ...

guiengine: login in process.

WARNING There are parse errors in control.xml: line 122281, 14: error Text "t>" not allowed as content (content model: children) [vc: element valid]

ERROR Could not create DOM from control.xml

Exit status of child: 1

please suggest to overcome from problem.

please open a message on service.sap.com.

without telling what product and version you are trying to install and without providing the relevant contents of control.xml nobody will be able to help you at all.

But again: this problem has to be handled via service market place
