My company has technically upgraded to 7.0 but all the queries are in 3.5. We are exploring to use Webi for few Bex queries. Is it possible to build universe on 3.x Bex queries?

Why not upgrade the queries to BI 7.0 too, meet some stopper prombles?
And for the universe on 3.x query? Yes, you can build universe on those queries.
