ITS service logon popup issue in Handhelds

Hi,

We are upgrading the SAP from 4.7 to ECC6.0, In Integrated ITS the Logon screen is comming as popup and our Handhelds are not supporting the popup screens.

Please help me how to display the logon screen as normal screen insted of popup.

I have compared the parameters with ITSMOBILE01 service and updated to my custom service but still the popup is comming.

Hi Naveen,

Are you using the class CL_MOBILE_SYSTEM_LOGIN in the SICF configuration?

You can also review SAP note 1048461 (ITSmobile, system login for mobile services) and apply SAP note 1074234 (ITSmobile, check for multiple logon) - depending on the current support package level.
