Hi,

We are facing the below error in one of our BW systems during a data load in ODS.

SYSTEM_NO_ROLL

Unable to fulfil request for 20 bytes of memory space.

Error analysis

More main memory area was requested.

However, all the available space has been used up.

Possible reasons:

- Many (large) internal tables.

- Many (large) programs active.

- Deep nesting of subroutines with a lot of local data.

Can you please help me on how to approach on this error and fix the same??

Does this happen due to the non-availability of the ROLL memory in the system??

The system details are as follows:

Hi,

This is most of the time a 'memory exceed' issue. I would recommend to have a look first at note 353579 and check the ztta/max_memreq_MB value
