Transport using CTS - Mode is not enabled - PI 7.1

Hi Friends,

Our basis team set up the CTS+ transport. (Reference guide : How To ... Configure Enhanced CTS for SAP NetWeaver Process Integration 7.1 SP06)

When we do test i.e to export one SWCV, the option Tools --> Export design objects --> Mode (drop down box) is not enabled. It is grayed. (It is showing by default 'Transport Using File System').

Also Tools --> Open CTS Transport Organizer option is not enabled.

We added the required profile parameters in the exchange Profile, restarted server, logged through super user id, etc.

Friends, what could be the problem ? Can you kindly clarify.

the guide worked for us. Ask your basis team to reconfigure using the guide
