Delete project used in CHARM

Hi,

We have created a Developmnet SolMan environment and now we want to delete some projects from our Production SolMan that were used for training. When trying to delete the projects that are used in CHARM we get the error "Project XXXX is already used in Change Request Management" and it can't be deleted.

Is there any way to delete these projects? If not, is there any way to make them not appear in SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN etc. (make them invisible)?

Jon,

Are there any check-in/checkout requests that have not been completed in the project?

This will prevent the deletion. Some projects have alot of entries to check, so you just may need to perform a complete check to

ensure all statuses are set to completed.

As already mentioned, it seems that projects with CHARM activated can't be deleted. SAP confirmed it:

SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN -> Settings -> Cross Project -> hide finished

r ChaRM specifically, it cannot be deleted as this is used for its track

ing purposes;

If the Project is no longer required or used for Change Request management, You can deactivate the change request management for that particular project and delete the project.

Hope this helps. But please do confirm again, is that particular project is used still for managing changes.
