APO product deleted , but seen in R/3 with FC

Hi Sap Gurus,

One of my Products is deleted in APO as it is not required for further planning,

I need to see, when this is deleted, how to check it ?

Secondly I am getting fc Value in R/3 from APO for the said items what is the process to remove it ?

Joshi,

Easiest way to look for a deletion in APO is to review the product master /SAPAPO/MAT1. If you enter the product and press enter, you should get a message "Product XXXX does not exist".

When you mention FC, I guess you are talking about Planned Independent requirements? You normally delete these in MD62 in R/3.

Hi Rushikesh

Use tcode /n/sapapo/prod_cd_read to see the history of changes related to the product. Remove the from date criteria and execute .

To resolve the forecast issue , check the spool of the forecast release from DP to R/3 job. Check if the forecast was released from DP to R/3 for this material. That is the only way the forecast will reappear in R/3 even after deletion.
