VPRS is not determined automatically

Dear Expert,

VPRS condition types is not determined automatically.

i checked in procedure it is statistical, requirement is 4 and subtotal is 4.

& did activate cost determination for item categories.

VPRS 111 Condition ignored (requirement 004 not fulfilled)

The requirement 004 is assigned to this condition in the pricing procedure. This requirement was not met and so the condition was excluded from further processing.

You can use Additional information to display the requirements used.

Hi

Please check the field CndType line itemsin VOV8 ,is the vuale of the field EK02 ?

check whether or not the company code that *Valuation area* in the material master record belongs to is the same as the sales order belongs

check whether or not the delivering plant is maintained in the items

Check in your item cat. - the field Determine cost is checked or not-- It needs to be checked

Dear Ajit,

Please check the item category settings in vov7. Check whether you have ticked determine cost field or not .

Because routine 004 basically check from item category and than also check whether the standard price has been maintained in material master or not ..

Once your maintain this your problem will be resolved.

Did you check the settings of Condition Type VPRS as there the Condition category should be G.But the only reason to get the same error is if the Check Box is not activated in the Item category.
