Maintain Doc. Types and Key Words for Solution directly

Hi colleagues,

We just went live with SolMan using only a few functions for now. One thing we do not use is automatic check-in/out of documents. To create, check-out/in, move or change documents manual actions are required directly into the Solution.

We have created a Solution to store all documentation. The BPH structure was imported from a project. This project had its own doc.types and Key Words. After importing the project into the Solution the correct Key Words where imported. However, besides our own 4 doc.types the Solution also has all the other standard doc.types to choose from when adding a document. Now people can easily select the wrong type.

I know how to maintain doc. types and Key Words for a project but I don't see an option to maintain these in the Solution directly. Does anyone know how to do this?

Hi Ewout

There is no feature where you can maintain Doc types and Keywords for a Solution. This data is copied from the Project into the Solution Directory if you have created one.
