vendor Evaluation quality critaria

Hello,

Our Client want to do vendor evaluation with standard process of sap with t-code ME61.Automatic evaluation carried only delivery cretaria not updating quality critaria . In material master

1- No inspection type active only post to inspection key is active

2- No QM procurement data key is active

In that case how to do Vendor Evaluation for quality Critaria.

Hi,

Quality rating in vendor rating is updated on the basis of:

inspection lot(of inspection lot origin 01) and vendor complaints(for Q2 and F2, customization is required)

If none of the data is there, then is no provision to have automatic quality rating.

If

are not in place then apart from vendor evaluation based on 01 inspection type

other criteria are

1.Audit inspection ( but QM view is needed)

2.Complaint against vendor( manual creation of notification--->possible without QM view)

3.Based on any other criteria Manually you can have your own functional module( say you can have TQR -Total Quality Rating score entered manually)
