installed mdm publisher and publisher installation

Hi Experts ;

I 'm new in sap mdm . how i see installed mdm publisher (if server has a publisher ) ?

and

where i find publisher aplication ? ( I have Data Manager tool,Console but I haven't Publisher )

Hi Turgut,

MDM Publisher you can find within MDM Installable's. Like we have MDM Data Manager, Console, similarly we do have MDM Publisher Component. Other Pre-requisites include you need to install MDM Layout Server, you should have Taxonomy defined in your repository else would get error while opening MDM Publisher.

If you have authorization and authentication you can also download MDM Publisher, Layout Server from SAP Service MarketPlace. https://websmp203.sap-ag.de/support

Downloads -> SAP Installation & Upgrades -> Entry by Application Group -> SAP Netweaver -> SAP MDM -> ...

When I look this page , I can't see mdm . why I didn't see . is the problem authorization?

Hi Turgut,

If you are not able to see the link SAP MDM that meams your ID doesn't have sufficient rights to download the MDM installables.

Check with Super user who has complete rights to download MDM Installables.
