CATS Time Entry update.

Hello All,

We have some time entries done in previous periods/year and were not moved to controlling due to various resons(one being WBS status not allowing time posting).A job runs which picks the cats time entries and posts to contrilling (auto cat7),the job spool still shows the entries with errors which are pretty old.

The time entries are in approved status .Now we do not want to move those entries to controlling any more ..is there a way to remove these entries from the system all together and also that the spool will not show any old data with errors.(say all error data - time entries to be removed - say data till 31st dec2009).

Hi,

Using CAT2 transaction you delete the line items which are transferred to Controlling. This will clear off all the errors automatically.
