To solve "Weekly Workload Data Missing" , can I just implement Note1443908?

Dear all,

In both EWA & ST03 , the Weekly Workload Data is found missing.

Of course, a lot of replies have suggested the solution on 1443908.

My question here is :

1) Can I just implement Note 1443908 from SNOTE or have to follow the instruction : "manually implement the correction instructions or import the relevant Support Package" ?

2) I do not intend to recover the missing data ( as the retention period for my daily data is only 2 days. So I can just ignore the Note 945279 , can't I?

"implement manually" and "SNOTE" are the same here.
