Hi All,

When I am trying to deply my Adapter module I am getting this error

"Error: com.sap.engine.services.jndi.persistent.exceptions.NameNotFoundException: Object not found in lookup of AdapterModule Name "

Where as my Adapter Moodule gets deploy in NWDS without any error.

Please help me with this.

Hi Nidhi,

Check if this is the correct name, fix it in the CC after the AF module and try again.

Also ensure you have it imported.

Hi,

then the JNDI name you put in the communication channel mist be wrong

there is no other way

you can check the jndi name in the jndi service in visual admin

check if u are using correct refernces in application-j2ee-engine.xml

/people/stefan.grube/blog/2008/12/11/adjust-your-pi-70-adapter-modules-for-pi-71-in-15-minutes

also check if any external library used is present in the EAR or SDA file

Can you pls let me know where can I see JNDI name in PI 7.1 as I am not able to find it in JNDI browser.

Hi,

If ur module is correctly deployed then u will find its jndi name entry under:

NWA-> Problem Managemnet ->JNDI Browser- >Root

Hi Nidhi,

we get this error sometimes when the modules were not deployed correctly.

Please check at J2EE Visual Administrator -> Server->Services->JNDI Registry

here u can checK the JNDI names of deployed modules.

Also please varify if you have specified the same JNDI name (check the spelling) in your channel.

I checked my JNDI name is there and it is correct.

In Communication Channel I am supposed to give this JNDI nae only right so That is also correct.

try using JNDI name only not with localejbs
