Route not assinged automatically on sales order - again!

Hi all,

I've a customer requirement which is to to divide the country into transportation zones, and then assign those transportation zones to the CMR. Based on this, the field route in the sales order item should be determine automaticaly. And this, I'm not geting it. Can someone help me with the configuration.

Hi there,

Route determination: Dep zone of shipping point / transportation zone of ship-to / shipping conditions / transportation group.

Check which is missing in your sales order.

Check if shipping point determination is done. Check if that shipping point has T-zone maintained in OVXD.

Check if your customer master has the T-zone maintained in address in VD03.

Check if shipping conditions are entered in sales order in header / item shipping data.

Check if your material has transportation grp assigned in MM03 --> sales gen data

Check if route determination is maintained for the same combination in 0VRF.

The route is determined by departure zone of shipping point,shipping condition,transportation group and transportation of ship-to pary.Please check whether the four elements are maintained and the route determination is maintained or not
