Hi,
Purchase Orders in SRM 7 POWL , For the query 'ALL' are getting timed out without any result. I have implemented the note for it also, but without success.
Has anyone faced this kind of issue earlier.
Regards,
Gautam
Hi Gautam,
You can set default timeframe for all queries to Last 90 Days. POWL Queries will be refreshed for90 days timeframe and user can change it any time if required. Also, try to schedule the background job for POWL_WLOAD so that it will refresh the POWL queries in background.
At the same time, you can implement these SAP Notes.

Hello Gautam,
Please check the what kind of refresh this is syn or asyn, As async refresh will check for free work process and refresh it, So there is an error that workprocess are not free.
Other reason can be, there may be large data, So it is taking time. So please check with some selection creteria.
Best regards,
Rohit

Kindly make sure that you enter a valid search criteria while using
the query. If you leave all the search criteria as blank, the system has to process all the documents in the
system and there would be a timeout. If here has no problem, could take a trace via tr:ST12 to analyze which part consumes most time.
