Planning exceptions

We would like use a standard interface to extract exception messages from MRP list and send it to suppliers.

Is there an IDOC or any other mechanism for doing this?

Hi Ramesh,

in R/3 there is a Supplier Workplace (old tool before ICH ?) (see http://help.sap.com/saphelp_46c/helpdata/en/98/ea753899e78e18e10000009b38f889/frameset.htm)

where you can send MRP alerts to the supplier.

Same feature should be available in ICH (Inventory Collaboration Hub).

But I don't know the details of the mechanism.

You should ask in ERP forum, or in SCM forum (if exist).
