Hiding Billing Block Types

Dear Gurus,

There are a number of standard billing blocks that we do not use. can any one pls let me know how to hide the non-required block types, and even how to create the new one.

Billing blocks or billing block reasons if it is billing block reasons go to spro->IMG->SD->BILLIING->BILLING DOCUMENTS->BLOCKING REASONS->ASSIGN BILLING BLOCK REASONS TO BILLING DOCUMENTS
