j2ee crash during / after offline backup (with j2ee logs)

hi gurus,

im still having a problem with our xi server. it has been happening for 5weeks now. we have our offline backup during satpm and it finishes early sun am. problem is j2ee engine always crash every sunday. we're not sure if it's during or after the offline backup. i managed to extract some of the logs. Can DB connection affect the j2ee engine?

we tried various solutions but bottom line, we created a background job to stop the j2ee engine before backup and restart it after the backup
