We have a requirement which is as follows:
Target stock 50; ROP : 20; Rounding value : 7, Current stock 19.
Therefore we want the replenishment quantity to be : 50 -19 = 31 rounded down to 28 or rounded up to 35 (multiples of rounding value).
Or I tried using lot sizing FS: Fixed lot size 28 with rounding value 7.
However system is ignoring the Lotsize / Rounding values on running WRP1 for the site.
It gives the replenishment quantity as 31.
The reason we want to use rounding value is because the article comes in packets of 7 quantities. So we want to replenishment in multiple quantities of 7.
We are using 4.6C version of SAP - IS RETAIL.
Is there any settings that I have missed?
