How can i make collective UD for lots for which i have not inspected any characteristic. please tell me an easy way as there are 1000 lots for which i want to make UD without inspecting. plaese guide me

There isn't an easy way. If the charac are required, then you have manually force close each lot.
Consider an LSMW or BDC for this.

Following conditions( either of) must be satisfy in QA16 or QA10
1.are char are Optional
2.all char must be having status 5
3.all char must be having status 4
Then mass UD is possible
