Hi All,
Please clarify me the difference between the Object Instance floor plan (OIF), Guided Activity floor plan (GAF) & Quality Activity floor Plan (QAF).
And kindly let me know some practical scenario where we can opt each of this.
Thanks,
Nathan.
GAF - Used for creating objects which involve processing in a sequence of steps ( basic example like booking of a ticket, hiring an employee, creating a commission contract for agent ).
QAF - can be used for viewing\ editing information\ business object. Basically it will be a single screen which will have most important information related to object.
OIF - used for displaying \ editing detailed information about Business Object in a tab screen layout.
In a scenario like where you list all employees in an ALV and there is a hyperlink for each employee ID , on click of this you want to display empployee info.
For this you can launch a single screen QAF in read\ edit mode for employee and then that QAF can have View ALL button which will in turn launch OIF with full information of employee grouped in various tabs.
I hope this helps.
Regards
Manas Dua
