Last Billed Dated Customer Data

Dear Experts,

We have n nos of customers with n nos of billing is been done.My query is how to find out the last billed date customer.

I can able to get the data from VBRK table.

I want to develop Zreport where i have to show last billing date VBRK- FKDAT with reference to customer.

Kindly suggest what would be the logic to get the only last billing for the respective customer.

In the loop what logic shud i put to capture only the last billing date of customer.

Hi Shri,

You can creat a query by using the infostructure-"S009" & VBRK table.

The table keeps last 20 document nos for current period i.e. FY . You can pick the first column with doc. category "M" and pass the same to VBRK table and get the bill date for this document.

Hope it will resolve yr issue.

Pls inform the forum if it solves the problem to update the knowledge base of all.
