So you have two systems sharing same /usr/sap/trans ? try executing this command to find out where the DIR_EPS_ROOT is pointing to on your Redwood system:
/sapmnt/ECP/exe/sappfpar pf=/sapmnt/ECP/profile/ECP_DVEBMGS02_ECC-Prod-CIS DIR_EPS_ROOT
As the error says
Could not extract value with key DIR_EPS_ROOT from file //SAPGRPPRD/sapmnt/ECP/SYS/profile/ECP_DVEBMGS02_ECC-Prod-CIS. A possible reason could be that the path to the directory containing the sappfpar executable is not included in the PATH environment variable
Check the permissions on /usr/sap/trans/EPS and in directory
Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Naveed

Check env.variable PATH has been set properly . Check the PATH variable whether /usr/sap/SID/SYS/exe itself if not set it accordingly and restart OS level. Also check other Environment variables/parameters whether set it correctly .
