After SC approval - Send Notification to group

Hi SRM Experts,

I have a SRM 7.0 SC workflow question.

Whenever the SC is completed approved, I need to send a Notification based on different type of Catalogs.

Each Catalog group has a different set of notification people. One group may 5 notifiction people and other group may 20 notification people. I need to determine dynamically.

Standard configuration not suite our requirement ( requester, reviwer,...).

Is SRM7.0 has the functionality possible?

Please give your suggestion.
