SAP R3 4.6 C Support

Dear all,

One of my client is using the SAP R3 4.6c system with 4.6D kernel. Found that PAM sap will give the support for SAP R/3 4.6c system -Till dec-2010. My customer wants to use the same R/3 4.6c for another couple of years.

1.In this case they want to know what kind impact will happen, If SAP stop the support SAP R3 4.6c system in

dec 2010.

2. Is it possible to extend the contract for another one or two years.

SAP provides the extended support to their clients for their releases. They will be charging you for the same. You can raise a message on market place for the same. They will revert to you with all the detailed information.

Hi,

Once the support ended by SAP. It is necessary to upgrade the system.

Additional support depends client to client from SAP.

Best way is contact your SAP ACCOUNT MANAGER, he will help you in this matter.

Hi,

If you are not aware about your SAP account manager. You can call SAP help Center and tell them your customer no., they will help you with your account manager name and contact details.
