How to restrict Infotype 0002 at field level for SSN, DOB n Marital Status

Hi Friends,

On portal Under Time Management Workbench User is not able to get the

Name of Employee when he clicks on the Personnel Number.

The Employee Name is fetched from Infotype 002- How to resetrict Infotype 0002 for SSN,

DOB and marital Status so that only Name can be displayed from Infotype 0002.

No other access. There is no such field in P_ORGIN.

Hi Rajesh

Your authorization for screen display can be restricted through a parameter called "User Group(UGR)". Screens can be restricted in a specific Infotype through this parameter. Please work with your developers and HR functional team to have new UGR parameters created to restrict the screens for IT0002.

Once created you can assign this parameter in through trxn SU01 to the users whose access needs to be restricted for viewing SSN, DOB etc..
