Problem with Office Conrol UI Element

Dear Folks,

I am using Office control UI element in one of the webdynpro component's view.

I would like to display PPT using that UI element.

But the possible documents which office control supports is MS Excel, MS Word, Star Writer, Star Calc.

Is there any turn around for the same.

Hi Shashikanth,

I don't think that you can display a PPT using Office control. Because it uses the Domain WDUI_OFFICE_DOC_TYPE (WebDynpro:OfficeDocumentType) and the fixed values are as below in this domain:

00 ms_word

01 ms_excel

02 star_writer

03 star_calc
