Is there other ways to view the cancellation invoice beside the doument flow?

You can check the table VBRK and VBFA for the same

In VF05N, you have the option to key in billing type where you maintain the cancellation billing type and execute.

Dear,

You should use T.Code VF04 for cancel list invoice. In that you enter Billing Type = Cancel Billing Type.
