According to SAP note 1444342 its on the zip file (there's only one zip file there) you can find in:

http://service.sap.com/swdc -> SAP Installation & Upgrades

1. Entry by Application Group (on the left)

2. SAP Frontend Components (on the right)

3. SAP GUI FOR WINDOWS (on the right)

4. SAP GUI FOR WINDOWS 7.20 CORE (on the right)

5. Installation (on the right)
