SRM FREE TEXT CARTS

Hi,

We are on SRM 4.0 and we want to create free text carts.

But when I login as an employee am not able to see the link" Describe what you need" for creating free text carts.

Please advise.

Hello,

Standard employee role should access shop in three steps transaction (BBPSC02) as per standard.

In this transaction, describe what you need link should be displayed.

As standard it should be available with shop transaction. As Neelima suggested, looks like your company did some customization to hide it . Check the BADI mentioned by Neelima.

Hi Murli,

Check BBP_SC_MODIFY_UI Badi any implemnation is active.

If it is active then dont CLEAR IS_SCR_ITMCHOICE-SPECIAL_REQUEST.

And check any authorization is applicable for employee role.

Special request signifies free text.
