Migo Document cancellation without UD reversal

Dear Experts,

I want to cancel the material document [101] which has created against vendor good receipt.

Now due to wroung Excise entry we want to cancel the material document .

As per my under standing untill UD reversal we can't cancel the MIGO document.

I want to cancel the MIGO document without doing UD reversal.

Pelase suggest.

Dear All,

Stock posting done that is from Quality to Unrestricted.

WE don't want to use UD reversal, in other workaround can we suceed.

Hello DON,

No. If UD is done, then document specific reversal is not possible unless you reverse the stock (from unrestricted to quality by note 175842). However if you want to nullify the effect (without document specific reversal) then use transaction code MB01. Give PO number as input, movement type as 102. This will capture the stock from unrestricted use. But verify its impact from MM person also. (especially excise reversal).

As per my opinion document specific reversal is any time preferable rather than any work around.

Now due to wrong Excise entry we want to cancel the material document .

First implement the sap note for UD reversal/stock posting reversal.(Note 175842 )

then cancel the material doc.( status of inspection lot will become LTCA

then change exise entry.

Hello Don,

There would be possibilities.

1. UD is done: You have to reverse the UD first and then 101 document can be cancelled.

2. UD is not done: Here 101 document can be cancelled directly either by using MBST or MIGO document cancellation option.
