to cancel outbound delivery

Hi All

I have posted goods issue from an wm hum sloc.To is created for the delivery and confirmed.

Now when i tried to cancel delivery its displaying hu is assinged and if try it in HU02,its not allowing to unpack.

so plz anybody can explain the process how to cancel the outbound delivery

Hi Reddy,

Please follow the below mentioned step to cancel it .

1) Go to vlo9 and reverse the PGI

2) Go to delivery change mode ( vl02n ) and remove the handling units if attached with the delivery.

3) now try to delete or cancel the delivery.

in vlo2n click on HU and click on trash can to delete or if not allowed -from "HU" drop down select delete assignment to disassociate the HU with delivery

For TO confirmed delivery it is not possible to un assign handling units from delivery.Better you issue foods and do VL09 then system will allow you to un assign handling units.

did u perform a vl09 and try unpacking the hu in HU02.

if not receive the delivery in the receiving plant and perform a return.
