Integrate SAP-PI Scenario into Business Process Monitoring

Hi,

I like to monitor a cross system process which is started by an incoming email. For that reason, I like to monitor that special PI scenario. Since the process is time critical, I like to monitor how long the PI Integration mashine works on an email. If possible, I like to monitor the adapter too.

I havenu2019t found anything. Can anyone explain or knows about a How-to?

HI,

Using SOLMAN BPM its veru much possible to monitor what you are expecting is.

Try interface scenario and configure accordingly, also you can monitor PI adapter .

You start with monitoring setup and you will get option as per your requirement.

There are two options on PI monitoring in BPMon.

1.Monitor ABAP & Java in PI based on RuntimeWorkBench

2.Monitor ABAP in PI based on SXI_MONITOR

Option1 setup flow is below.

Option2 is as usual in BPMon setup, select PI option from "Application Monitor".

1.Setup ALM in PI and crate some alert categories.

2.Create alert rules in RWB and assign them to the categories above.

->Afterwards, Alerts are reported in PI's CCMS.

3.Setup BPMon to monitor "Other CCMS" in PI.
