Support Team Determination: Rule Container

Hi,

I have created a copy of the CRM_DNO_PARTNER_1 rule and defined my own creteria for support team determination. The simulation of the rule works perfectly.

I have created an action for the same. On creation of the service desk message the "actions" says "Rule Container does not exist. Action could not be executed successfully".

I have configured the rule using the blog only. Also, I have SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW authorizations.

I am creating the service ticket in SAP Solution Manager directly and not from any satellite system. SolMan version EHP1.

Please advice.

Hello,

Please check in SPPFCADM the action you have set up for support team determination.

When you select the action, go to node 'processing types', adn check 'parameters'.

There should be a parameter called RULE with the rule name as value, and another parameter called PARTNER_FCT with the relevant support team partner function as value.

You can take as an example action AI_SDK_STANDARD_FIND_PARTNER.

like sap comoponent and responsiblity for it the BP for it
