Sales Unit of Measure

Dear SD Gurus,

I would like to sell a material where base unit of measure is KG but system can never confirm the sales quantity in schedule line if the quantity is less than 0.5 Gram.

If 0.5 Gram, it can be confirmed. But if 0.49Gram, system can never confirm.

Please advice.

Hi,

Can you please maintain the sale unit of measurement in additional data in the material master Sales org 1 view?

! kg = ?grams

Then try to create the order?

Hi,

Use the concept of min delivery quantity to be maintained in sales org view 1 in the material master .Maintain .5 grm in material master for the respective sales org and DC.

If you maintained this system wont allow you to create delivery for the confirmed quantity less than the .5 grm

Thanks for the prompt reply.

I never use any "min order qty" in view 1, material master. The fields are blank.

I wonder why system never allow any quanitty that is less than 0.5 gram. Anyone??

Please check for Minimum lot size if it is maintained in material master ???
